How pricing works

Events are the heart of Telesink. Every time you send something to us — a signup, a payment, an error, a webhook, or any custom business event — it counts as one event.

Sinks are your live dashboards. These are the customizable multi-column views where you actually watch your product breathing in real time.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. We prorate everything automatically.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as an event?

Any action you deliberately send to Telesink. Common examples include a user signing up, a payment succeeding or failing, an error occurring in your app, a webhook being received, or any custom business event you define (such as “trial started” or “MRR crossed $10k”).

If you send it through our SDK, REST API, or webhook integration, it counts as one event.

What if I exceed my monthly event limit?

We don’t surprise you with extra charges. You’ll get a friendly notice when you’re approaching your limit. New events are queued and delivered once you upgrade or your next billing cycle begins. No hidden fees, ever.

Is there a free plan?

The self-hosted version is completely free and unlimited forever (AGPLv3). For the hosted service, the cheapest plan starts at $15/month.

Any AI features?

Not at the moment. We’re focused on keeping Telesink simple and reliable. We’re happy to consider AI features in the future, but only if they’re genuinely useful and don’t add unnecessary complexity.

How does the 30-day trial work?

The slider on this page is just for exploring pricing. You don’t need to choose a plan to start the trial. Sign up, connect your app, and use Telesink freely for 30 days. At the end of the trial, you’ll be asked to choose a plan to continue sending new events. No credit card required.

Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want. We automatically prorate the difference so you only pay for what you used. No questions asked. No cancellation fees.

Self-host vs hosted — which should I choose?

Self-host if you want full control, zero ongoing cost, and don’t mind managing your own server. Ideal for open-source enthusiasts and companies with strict data requirements.

Hosted if you want zero infrastructure work, automatic updates, and the simplest possible experience. Most people start here.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. During the 30-day trial you can cancel anytime and you won’t be charged anything. Once you start paying, if you’re not happy within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, just email us and we’ll refund you in full. After that, you can still cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Are taxes included in the price?

No. Any taxes we collect (such as VAT or sales tax) are added on top of the stated prices.

Do you bill in local currencies?

We currently bill only in USD.

In the meantime, the self-hosted version is completely free and works great as an alternative.
